Traffic Staff has been deputed for the proper Administration of Traffic in Faridkot District. The office of traffic police faridkot is situated at Main Bus Stand Faridkot and Traffic Police Kotkapura is situated at Phuara Chowk, Kotkapura. For the proper control of city traffic the following strength is deputed at different points and beats.

Police officials are deputed at strategic places to control the traffic situations by the NGO's responsible for challaning under the motor vehicle Act v12 for wrong and rash driving, without helmet, etc. These challans are sent to the court and DTO Faridkot for fine. In District Faridkot an education cell has been established consisting of 1 NGO, 1 HC and 1 Ct, which gives training regarding traffic rules to the school children and students in their schools & Colleges and Taxi, Truck Drivers in their Unions.
